February is the month of love and Valentines Day gives us an excuse to celebrate the love we feel for others and ourselves.

What if I told you that you can get up, dress up and show up for yourself in life feeling confident and beautiful. In my 30 + years of helping women become their own kind of beautiful, I've never met a woman who didn't need a self-image makeover.

How? Start with deciding for yourself what beauty means to you and live your wholeness. Transform the voice in your head. Take care of your beauty. It all starts with deciding you are a beautiful woman. Mindset matters.

In true Wear Your Life Well style I'm asking you to celebrate yourself more than ever before. I want you to fall madly in love with your authenticity and approach your relationship with yourself like you would a lifelong romance. To prompt you to work toward this goal,  I'll post a daily intention on social media. Share your insights and inspire us all.

Take yourself off the discount rack. Do it with self-care. Do it by not comparing yourself to others. Do it by remembering who you are.
